system32 says it has been running from an ekstern unit mayb a laptop near me i dont know.. But he was onlogged my internet connection!!

Most routers are able to be setup with only your comp's ip -- if no router you should ask your isp if they can setup your connection for only your comp's ip -- but this may only apply if you have more than 1 comp on the connection -- not sure about that though
