In case people are wondering it works like this (for now):
1000 For Resetting The Ladder
100 For Alchemist
90 For Headhunter
80 For Warlock
70 For Ninja
60 For Monk
50 For Paladin
40 For Samurai (This is an oddball as the GP is 2 on passing, but the others are x10 GP earned)
10 For A non-pass at any class

Id go with the first, but thats the way I do it! I go by average hit(add min and max=divide by 2) 108 for the first one, and 100.5 for the second! Your crits will be amazing though with the second one! As long as you crit often then by all means go with second!
