If anyone needs...made a power shot equivalency chart:

Equivalent Enhanced Effect from Power Shot:

Sword / Longsword = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.8181
Club / War Hammer = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.6363
Staff / Polearm = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.4545
Dagger / Spear = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.2727
Axe / Battle Axe = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.0909

Lightning / Wild Heal = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 1.000
Wind = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.7777
Fire / Heal = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.5555
Earth = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.3333
Ice / Focused Heal = (1 + EE / 100) * PS * 0.1111

*Note: Power shot on charms will only take effect if it is in your main slot.
