Nice. Paul has to get rid of the xferring of white items and we're set

- Armor + Ice Charm = Armor with Strength or Mind Numb
- Armor + Fire Charm = Armor with Intelligence or Armor Pierce
- Armor + Lightning Charm = Armor with Dexterity or Damage Return
- Armor + Wind Charm = Armor with Dexterity or Critical Flux
- Armor + Earth Charm = Armor with Vitality or Block

Gotta be the same tiers, higher level stuff has the chance to spawn higher stats.

So I'm assuming every level has a cap on stats.

Proven Caps:

Tattered(aka tier 1)Robe + Lightning

1 str 1 dam return
1 dam return
1 dex
1 dam return
1 dex
1 dex
1 dam return
1 dex

2 dex 5 str
4 dex
1 dam return

muted a magical armor w/ a mystical earth charm and the armor came out mystical (shit stats though) so im assuming they get the stats of the charm? im not entirely sure of that... what u think nazt?

What were the stats? I think higher level stuff has a chance for higher stats, but it doesn't necessarily mean that a level 50 armor and charm will come out with 30+ stats.

Highest stats for the lowest level armor I've seen is 34 dex on level 30 armor. Hope that gives you an idea of what kind of stats you can get at certain levels.
