I can gylph tier I and II near 100% (sometimes the ??? is a 1 hit fail)
I can do tier III (mag only) at about 50-66%

so last night I used a 12str gylph on my dagger monk and I got 2 max damage out of the deal.

ya w/ update now this is what u wanna go w/ for these weaps
axe: 50%str / 50%dex ( so either all str, or all dex)
Sword: 75%str / 25%dex (so all str)
clubs: 90%str / 10%dex (all str)
Dagger: 10%str / 90%dex (all dex)
Staff: 25%str / 75%dex (all dex)

those are the %'s of dmg each stat into it adds, so jst add stats into whichever is higher % and ull be doin better dmg
imo for axes since str or dex, whichc ever u got better gear of dex/ str
also if u go w/ all dex its higher avg, + higher criticals, +better def to monsters criticals
