Konqk did make an attempt at paying back his welches, but not sure how successful that was.

I do agree that welching = scamming, there is no need of it in my opinion. Only reason it's not bannable/lockable is because JSP can't legally support online gambling.

(you use real money to buy FG to gamble with... see the problem with it being supported?)
