Hello Guildmate :),

since i'm kinda new to the ladder slasher i have some question for you

I'm not rly rich but i could afford a set of ice with some ok armor and charm.

for my MQ i have :

28int dagger with 6% exp gain i know this is not a lot but the 6 exp gain is nice imo and the 28 int so bad.

i also have a lvl 25 lightning wich give me 40 int (hehe it's P)

and a set of ice from lvl 0 to 45 (my 45 is 120 EE)

i don't get kicked or anything people like me cause i'M nice guys


NOW her the BIG question should i upgrade my gear OR i should try to get some gear for my next class wich is samurai. If i can find a party i can do a MQ in 1-2 days with this build.

If i have to buy sammy gear should i get dagger or just make a caster sammy since i have all dagggerset with int robe and charm. Maybe i should try to get EE dagger set since i could use it on monk and ninja.

Or i should get an axe set for h h and paladin :O.

If you read through all that, i wish you can help me

Id keep working on profs with that gear. Get to 5 Profs at least with that character. (You can always have more than one character climbing)

On the other hand...More gear is always better

mmm i see since my gear suck i can upgrade my prof faster cause i have to cast multiple time since i suck lol

jw4000 if i understand what you mean i should stick to my crappy gear or improve if i find a gg deal ... till i hit ice lvl 5 even if i pass MQ i turn sammy but i stick with my ice till i get 5 prof in it?

if u can't afford gear for a 2nd build (axe or ee dagger), then i'd agree with jw and say to stick with casting. proficiencies don't really matter as much anymore, but casters seem to be more powerful than melee now with this new update, so that'll help

also, dex gear has really jumped in price. ee daggers are all dex, so i'd stay away from those for now. i use all dex for my axes too, but str works fine and would be cheaper

and keep an eye on the MP. a lot of the stuff is overpriced there, but every once in awhile u can find a good deal (i bought a 99ee lvl 25 axe for 9fg )
