Questions about update, please answer if you played this enough:

1 - Caster proficiences mean nothing but dmg now?
2 - if my group is lvling in cata and im fishing, they are like lvl 30 and im lvl 15 after some time, if i come back to cata i will gain mass xp? or i get kicked if im outlvled?
3 - proficience gain is still terrible in catas? so cole is unreachable now?


imo proficiences should now give a lower waiting time on splash
something insignificant that would not seem useful before 15-20prof
