thought it was tied to MQs, but i've done a couple within the last few weeks and it's only gone from 10 to 11...
i think on feder it was each master q fail u get +1 stat point
if u pass to samy u lose some of the gained stat points dont know how much but u need 2 fails on samy to get +1 stat
pala needs 3 fails
monk 4 fails
