ok, then my 2 cents:
when the price is simply for the one who scored the most, it's better for the guild and its gp's count (usually ppl are motivated when there are ranks and competition and prizes)
some ppl on the other hand could be a little bit discouraged if it's only that way, because not everyone has enough time for some clicking, so I understand the whole talk above
(majority would go for the first option, though)
and with LS it won't be really fair anyway, because there is luck involved (fucking feeder class forever, like 50 attempts - that was my curse over a decade ago haha / never been higher than a monk also)
so perhaps there should be some more categories or more places paid or more things being rewarded
tbh, I find our gp's paying system already a good reward!
so, to sum things up, I think you are doing a great job!

couple ideas taken from some casinos haha...
- some reward for the best / worst pass rate
- most MQ's in a month
- bonus fg per gp if done some minimum amount of mq's in a month - that could be even randomly granted to someone or with a restriction that someone hasn't done any MQ in past 1-3 months - that could awake some slackers
(key words: start bonus, honey moon, beginners freeroll... ^^)
- we could like offer extra multiplier for fg/gp if it comes from Discord activity (probably hard to keep a track, but perhaps it will direct you into some better idea)
I guess everyone could come up with plenty ideas to make it more fun

that is very nice of you, but I think it's also up to you what you do with fg...
go ahead and win 6 months in a row, but then you can always donate some fg to others if you suddenly feel like you've had too much
