just was working out a bit.
i started training again
its just unbelievable how low my condition went in 2 months of doing nothing!
before i did 5x 30 with 25kg bar
now.. 4x 15..
before i idd 6x 50 situps
now.. 4x 40..
before i did 5x 20 pushups
now.. 4x 10..
but in the 2 months i gained almost 10 kilos of weight ^^
atm ive got 85 kilograms 1,95 metres.
in a month ill be a Hulk!
