just to explain something about this charm...
With this charm he can go all stats into str, because he have enough dex (90-100)
Lets say you have a 60 str armor
that gives 190 str at level 71!
the cs increases effecitiveness by about 10%, and 9% armor pierce by about 2%~~ (estimated)
that is 12% increase effectiveness (overall kill 12% faster) and with 190 str, this charm is actually
here it comes::::
50 dex
34 str
charm lvl 50!
