Yall should say something to him since he's your guildy. Tell him stay out the guild chats and just go to the blogs/general chat. For the most part spam is acceptable there. Even so, still having him posting the same thing over and over is just asking for that 10% like you said. If your gunna spam atleast post something half ass on topic right?......

1-3 lpa isn't that much for a lvl 25 so I would keep the higher ee dagger myself, even though u won't use the mana the little bit more ee and if you have prof in dagger that would be the way to go imo
