why am i leveling so damn slowly now can someone check out the gear i'm wearing atm and tell me wth is going on.. what am i doing wrong?

life is not a problem at all... well it turns to a problem.. but my biggest problem is killing the mosters takes way too long... unless i get a crit which is not often.
is it the tier of my weapon? idk :/
