hasnt this thing reset yet? streets of downtown lawrence are closed through tomorrow due to the insane amount of cups/cans/trash in the street and the 4 pedestrians getting hit by cars on seperate occasions. also the traffic light at 10th and Mass needs to be replaced after two people decided to hang from it and break it. crazy night.
