I just started in ladder slasher so I am not very good yet only like lvl 4 right now but i am working towards getting higher

Since your a Mage, you want Int on your weapon and armor (if possible) and ee on your charm

So in my opinion, go to the Marketplace, search level 1-5 charms, ee minimum 30, get a charm that is tier 3 (Has this after the charm name, III) for 1 fg (if you don't want to spend to much fg) and you will see an improvement
