im jk i wanna earn it myself lol but u might think of making a rank for people with like 5 gp first since ur a new guild unless some1 gets lucky and passes the first 3 mqs its gunna take them a while to ever have some1 in that rank

also i would like to know if you could change the red color from our charter with another color it is not visible and hurts my eyes
maybe white or dark blue ... dont know

some people told me that we should change the color
