no no you have it all wrong. seems that paul decided to phantom edit his v1.13.1 update...you now have a % that ls will work in catas

Alright, I need some help with my computer. Lately I've been having huge lag spikes on the internet. It will work fine for a couple of minutes and then freeze for 30 sec or so, and then work fine again. Any ideas as to what's wrong? I'm pretty sure it's not the internet itself because my roommates works fine when he's plugged into mine and I have the same problem when plugged into his.
