Don't stoop to that level, you could end up getting yourself in trouble (while acquiring said drugs for example). It is starting to make sense now though. She is fat and ugly and probably has been since she was a kid and is now taking years of social abuse she received out on her son. She needs a psychiatrist, that's what she needs.

If you can't find a way to stop it without getting yourself in trouble then perhaps talking to your brother and saying you will call the authoritys if he doesn't man up. Maybe that will work

Mental abuse is abuse. Record some of it and make the threat (perhaps do this after you've moved out if not having a place to go is a serious problem).

Even if nothing will come of it, maybe it will scare some sense into him.

i have tried talking with them... it gets nowhere.. im done trying to talk with her... once in awhile i randomly tell my brother something along the lines of

that is your son and she is fucking him up
or you can do better trust me with these dating sites chicks r begging for it (he has been married for like 12 years so before dating sites)
he dont really respond... i think he feels badly about it to idk why he wont do something but i can only lead the horse to water.
