for further refrences u should buy ur tickets earlier like with in 5-10mins of the new hour :)

no im sayin buy them when the new hour starts

like next drawing starts @ 12:00 u should buy em between 12:00 and 12:10

becuz the winners are chosen by who picks thier numbers 1st :D

If the lotto ever gets really high, a lot of people play and only a certain number of winners wins based on their tickets. Max winners: 50 for the easiest one to win, so if you choose your numbers at 11:45 or 11:55 as opposed to 11:05 or 11:15, you have a chance to not get a cash out even if you win.
