mostly shoudl find items with high ee, around 100 should get you there no problem, can still get there with lower though. and armor and charms you should look for dex, lots of dex, try to hit 180-190

30 dex charm/30 dex armor would suit you just fine

85-100 EE weapons will allow you to mq no problem
