age is not always a thing to do with this, but there are many other things that can factor a persons ability to understand what you are going through, i have been through alot but still cant fathom the thought of what must be going on. i am however happy that your family seems to be coping ok from what you say, and hopefully the main gain from this can be that you all become closer, hard times can be turned around to help your life, and im sure you are a strong guy who can get through it! if you need a push in the right direction, we are all here for you!
