listen to this crap. a quality assurance rep who has my back just told me i am being specially monitored because of a complaint the other night. the complaint resulted from a crazy woman who called demanding a tech at 10pm for a rediculous issue we could have fixed over the phone but she refused. she became frustrated began calling me names and started with personal threats. she started crying (not because of anything i did, because she is crazy) slammed the phone in my ear and called back sobbing. my coworker, who knows this woman is insane from previous interaction took a call from her boyfriend claiming if he found where i lived he would track me down etc... but the fact that pisses me off is that she complained to local office who complained to our project manager who said nothing to me, just went straight to QA to get me busted. what about my side of the fucking story? and by the way what about the fact that making threats over a state line is a federal offense? i mean i sat there and let her try to rip me to shreds and the lady gets all defensive, threatening and crazy and i get in trouble. lock these people up fcol. man i am having a shit week so far. /end rant
sorry man. I´m probably not going to be spending as much time on jsp as I do usually, tomorrow.. Have nothing planned, just going to be spending some time with the family..
My grandmother called me earlier, asking me if she could come and cook something good for me, tomorrow..
Of course I said yes. So my closest in my family are just going to be spending some time tomorrow..
I will be here, but not as much as usual...
I´m gonna be celebrating on Saturday..
