What do you look for on a good heal charm?

I mean like a healing charm where you can heal during melee/casting.

For instance:
Mythical heal XII
Level Req: 45
Heals: 210 to 560
Mana Cost: 115

+178% Enhanced Effect
+2 Vitality
+1 Extra Item Slots
+1 to 3 Life per Attack
+1 to 4 Life per Kill
