Dex = cheaper. More dex = more you can pump in str. It's not so hard if you think about it.



Well, its more dmg and more def. My chars that use axes are almost always playing as tanks in catas. so it works out fine for me

You still don't really need dex until level ~50 or so, thats why dex items is a waste. More str early = more damage. More Dex early = waste of stats

Is it hard to understand? If you get enough dex from low lvls to MQ, you can pump ALL in str while having as high crit dmg as you can before dimishing returns. (I liked to do hard dmg even on my low lvls. gota solo in hc more so I like to get my lvls fast)

More dex early = more stats into str.
More str early = need to pump more stats from beggining to dex = a bit higher base dmg from first few levels but eventually will have less str than going with dex items.

You get more dex for the same price as str. Simple math here: 45 dex charm vs 30 str charm (same price) = 15 more stats in dex charm = 15 stats you can pump into str!

Conclusion = lol.

at low lvl 0-20 i use str all more domage and u kill easy and fast..
from 25+ dext only to reach nice critic like with swords 120dext rest in str

Clearly we just like different stuff, you like to start with low str and slowly make it better, while I prefer having high str all the way.
