Hi everyone, i am FFX (Jeanette) and happy to be a part of the Guild. I am from Germany (Hamburg), 21 years old and playing d2 since end of 1.09.
I had a long break in d2jsp and d2, because I had a apprenticeship from 2007 to end 2010. But now i have enough time to play around and i am happy that d2jsp is still so active.
Well, i actually never played LS, but i will give it a try i think, i am not a big fan in browser games, but i have nothing to loss right? :)

Anyway, i hope to have a nice time with all you guys, just wonder, i am the one and only female member in the guild, or are there any others :)
Also, do anyone of you guys still Play D2, and if so, in which Realm? I'm playing in Europe NON-Ladder.

Best Regards,
FFX

Hey, thanks for the greetings, nice to see that i am not the youngest in the guild.
I will try LS soon, will PM you guys if i have any questions.

Just 2 questions, i remember that in 2006 and 2007 the avatar size was much larger than now, i think 120x120 or 100x100, why did this changed?
And 1 week before the look of the forum was not like yet, did i missed something? Somehow it looks different. All Categories are more left.

We've had females come and go. Some left for no reason, some I asked/removed due to BM actions.
The forums format was changed last week, for everyone. You did nothing wrong ;)

I can answer the Avatar question, Paul reduced it to not only compact the info over on the left (larger image meant more space taken up and actually increased the "size" of each post vertically) as well as less size on the servers. It might not seem like much, but thousands of smaller avatars adds up. As far as the format change on the post style, I am not quite used to it either, but it is growing on me.

Yeah, this can be the reason, i also remember that in the past, some users had exploited the 100x100 avatars and made them self as "Trusted" Trader or "Mediator", which has caused to scam other new users.

Yep, although people still do that every once in a while, then get banned. The smaller image does help make you notice it a lot easier.
