My low level charms are all fire, not ice. And I only get 1 fire proficiency and 1 ice proficiency per MQ, and that's only if I'm lucky. Profs don't seem to climb very quickly on monk for charms. Dagger goes much faster in fewer hits. :/

Imho, the transmutation box should be disabled.

would be easy to just keep rerolling and do levels 1-30 over and over for quick proficiency.

All I can say is you should be very happy that it is only 6 mana gen, rather than 18. The more gen is on it, with such high int, the higher the price goes.
