ok so im mad at my computer...iso help on backing up files to a disc and restarting my computer to brand new

if i cant do this well, i guess i wont be on till december cause my internet is going out on the 13th cuz im switching to charter since my mom is going to have her office at home now and it has to be in my fucking room for some reason...and that wont be till the end of the month and thats prolly when ill get internet back..so if i cant fix this cuz i cant stand ruining on an infected to computer for fear of what happened last time (had to send my whole system to the store to have a new harddrive put in so i was w/o a computer for 2 months)

so i could rlly use some help since this will be my last week on here for awhile
