What's max mr per tier? Is it 1.8 per tier rounded down or something?

1.75 iirc

tier 3 = 5
tier 10 = 17
tier 14 = 25

good point actually, doesn't make sense to me nemore.
1.75 at least comes the closest to every tier, maybe it just rounds down on some and up on others idk

But that's the least bad explanation I've ever heard, and I swear I made the math work . . . once.

1 2/3 x 3 = 5
1 2/3 x 10 = 10+ 20/3 = 16+ 2/3, round up = 17
1 2/3 x 14 = 23.33333 = no go

1.8 x 3 = 5.4
1.8 x 10 = 18 = bad
1.8 x 14 = 25.2 = good

1.75 x 3 = 5.25
1.75 x 10 = 17.5 ..
1.75 x 14 = 24.5

so, conclusion:
it has to be lower than 1.75 so that tier 10 works, but it must also be at least 1.75 so that tier 14 works.
