yes the problem is that with those caps it won't use the full stats
80 ee only and 1-40 MPK

it was way better before all those nerf updates :(
but it's still a crazy charm :D

is that why all the unspawnables r showing up to on the trade forums
because they have been capped and therefore nerfed?
