This guild consists of a mixed group of friends, New & Old that welcome members who enjoy Ladder Slasher, and several other games. (D2+ etc).

Play at our own pace - no pressure, your speed & comfort. Whereas, we &/or other guilds may combine to play within that timezone (yours & theirs). Thus we respect each others decisions in group runs, as we do in a Guild Only run. This is a good way to get acquainted with other players in other guilds. Respect is Earned, NOT given freely, respect this, and runs come more often and welcomed.

Protect yourself with SS's during runs with others that try to make you look useless, they only have the option to "chat" with you and the Chat log is kept, however, you can NOT copy/paste from the chat logs, thus SS's are the only way to prove your point etc.

We have some seasoned Ladder Slasher players (1 controversial) who have made contributions to the community, and helped many players learn and progress. New & veterans slasher are encouraged to inquire about joining!

Ranks

Our ranks have historically been based on Ladder Slasher guild points.

Pointless Slasher -- This is considered the lowest rank, you have not earned any GP yet.
Proven Slasher -- You broke the no-GP bubble and have proven you are able to play the game.
Awesome Slasher -- You can call yourself Awesome by earning 10+ GP for the guild.
Epic Slasher -- The few and the proud, you have earned 25+ GP for the guild.
Super Sexy Slasher -- These guys really know how to get down, they have earned 50+ GP.
Legendary Slasher -- Earning 100+ GP will net you this ancient spot, for true legends only.
The top-GP earner will also have their own rank to name as they see fit!

We have rewarded some die-hard slashers with their very own custom rank, and you may also purchase your own,
but by doing so does not ensure you will automatically climb to the top, that takes dedication to the guild and the game.

Leading has its ups and downs. Best if kept simple, just be fair, show kindness, and want everyone to succeed at whatever pace they set for themselves.

I'll give it a look this weekend when I'm free. As far as hc vs sc, I am open to anything there, we are def more hc focused over the last few years so that does make sense, although if someone played sc and wanted to join I'd welcome them in too.

With the recruitment message, (suggestion to shorten it) maybe the part about ranks can be removed?
Just thought that it is not so important, if I wanted to join a guild. Mostly, I'll check their guild chat (if there is any) to see how people communicate.

As for HC or SC, I felt it really do not matter. Understand that it could be related to items or mats that we can pass around and help each other out. But, most of the time I am playing solo, and at my own pace (sometimes will slash while working).

I'm playing HC mainly, didn't really touch my SC characters for years. (got to spend some time to sell those items off or maybe give it away, for the character space)
Will be playing on and off for a couple of months a year, to enjoy the thrill of rolling good items!

Actually I only copied the initial charter with the Ranks and that old information, all I did was make some adjustment to some paragraphs (previous/starting) to the original charter... I never completed it... I got overwhelmed and definitely want to make is shorter and comprehensive to readers.

You have some things to add in or delete from my post? If so go for it, and thank you for your input.

Good feedback ketz, the ranks aren't really important to list there, that is one area that I think could be condensed or chopped. Can easily see the structure just by looking at the member list, and/or communicate here with others

Kirby Guild members vary, however be, friendly, honest and reliable within and with other guilds. We & they also play other games (just ask via PM etc).

We all play randomly, or together if the time is right. Just check in game, PM or make a Catacomb thread (or post in a Guild created one.). No pressure, play at your speed or you can join other public runs.

For your own safety either in our guild or not, remember to SS all matters in trade and certain topics to avoid confusion, also, make sure you read up on the D2jsp rules (it applies to every thread D2jsp related, not just Ladderslasher).

On another note;

I make suggestions and competitions repeatedly and don't come through, however I am going to suggest one anyway...

Objective: complete 10 Master Quest Hardcore Only SOLO.
Prize(s): Winner chooses items on my mules (or those donated) listed as prize(s)
Prize winners are a maximum of 3 individuals.
1st winner chooses first.
2nd winner chooses next
3rd winner chooses what is left.

Currently no forum gold is up for grabs, however this may change because of donations to the competition.

Basically I have and other Hardcore players have hoarded a lot of usable items, however can not give them away, whereas a new player could make up a set to continue playing.

Personally I don't have any full sets, however, the player gets acquainted with Ladderslasher and improves by self found gear and fill in some blanks etc... think I need more instruction to it outside of my perspective...
