btw is it better to well at high lvls? does it effect the item? or can i well at lvl 30 on lvl 25 items and under? or would i get better results if i well at higher lvls?

it really doesnt affect it, imo its easier to do wells at lower lvls...
so it doesnt make a diff what lvl u well for what mods etc...
but the well monsters lvl is always...
10lvls higher than the item ur wellin ( i.e.- tier 3 lvl 1=lvl 10well monster, tier 14 lvl55=lvl 65well monster)
or if ur 10lvls higher than item than its only +1lvl onto ur lvl ( i.e.- ur lvl 64 and well a tier 1 lvl 1, would be a lvl 65monster)
also last part... in order to find any items u have to be 9lvls higher than the item.... ( i.e.- u need 64 to find lvl 55 items, lvl 54 to find 45items...etc. )

personally i well on almost all my chars... no matter the lvl, but for welling at lvl 69-71 my percentage of successful wells usually drops damatically
