do they all have the same base or are others higher ?

Exactly. Who knows if we will ever be filled into the loop. Only time will tell, but for now it is all based on people's opinions.


Imo, it does help.... But it only increases your chance to get magical+ items. It does not affect the stats of the drop.

Based on other stats, I am going to assume that if you have a 10 ML item, you will have a 1-10% increased chance of dropping a magical+ item.
