... Filler and gets me to level 25 (I used to rely on my level 10 before, but that is covered now)

Rare wild heal VIII
Level Req: 25
Heals: 12 to 123
+37 Strength
+645 Max Mana

... Filler and can use all the way to Master Quest. I do have a level 30 with +41 Strength / +5 Jubilance ... but I don't use that.

EDIT: also forgot a Level 10 Wild Heal with +25 Strength... only got this just for Headhunter (if I get one)

Tier I (4 stacks of Life & 4 stacks of Mana)

Tier II (9 stacks of Life & 9 stacks of Mana)
#1: 100 to 200
#2: 201 to 300
#3: 301 to 400
#4: 401 to 500
#5: 501 to 600
#6: 601 to 700
#7: 701 to 800
#8: 801 to 900
#9: 901 to 1000

Tier III (7 stacks of Life & 7 stacks of Mana)

Content of the question first:

Smoking Cigarettes.
Packet of 20 Cigarettes (Tailor Made)
Break each Cigarette into four(4) Cigarettes = 80.

Now, the question is:

Do you get more Nicotine from smoking the 20 Tailor Made cigarettes or the 80 broken down Cigarettes?

Basically... I had a Doctor from the Waikato District Health Board say that the 80 cigarettes was more damaging where as my doctor just laughed at their comment and just told me I was doing well to just smoke 20 tailor made cigarettes in a week even though I broke them down and made 80 cigarettes.
