I still don't get how the well works... Can anybody give it to me in more simple terms? Can I do it on a fighter? what items should I collect? etc...

you throw a white item into the well and it will spawn a very strong monster 1 level above your current level or the level of the Monster required to drop that item.
if you drop a Tier III Item it will spawn a lvl 10 Super Monster if your below level 10
if you drop a Tier III Item in and your char is lvl 15 it will spawn a level 16 Super Monster.
You can well with any char you want as long as you have decent gear

I just had the freaking day of my life !
i had a darts tournament today and the 1st place was a qualify for tommorow to throw with the big man like

I did not win today lost in the quarter final but i had diner and beer with Collin Loyd and Wayne Mardle who are 2 of the biggest darts players of the world !
It was the day of my life.
