I have been in this guild for 2 days and I have recieved more help here then I have in my almost 3 years on jsp. I see no problems with the way thing are going. I spoke with NevV before joining. look at all the guild charging entry fee. NevV said to me I am more concerned about ppl spending the forum gold on ls items. Your 1st guild point is concidered entry fee. I am happy with the way things are.

also if anyone needs help pm me. im out to dinner be back later. gonna try to mq again tonight.

Heya guys! I'm recommending all new players come over to this guild as I believe you guys are quite helpful.

Any chance you could send your newest players some "crap shrinable EE items" as you climb?

DarkDeth666's lvl 9 rogue is using a:

Magical copper dagger
Damage: 10 to 18

+1 to 10 Life per Kill

for a weapon. Checking in on the newest Members of the LS community and dropping off items for them where you can will help get these guys to stick around and not quit. Please help in these matters so I may continue to recommend members here :)

I'm not here to start trouble nor ask you to give anything of value. A 20ee lvl 5 sword isn't worth 1fg are found bountiful in catas or welling, but would make a huge difference and cost nothing. As Timasse tried calling me out, I donated to over 10 new players 10-15fg each this month with directions on how to spend it. Spending fg isn't my point nor giving anything of worth.

Simply to help with direction and help the newest players succeed in accomplishing their first climb is all. Being proactive on watching them is all I was hoping for. I'm your recruiter if you didn't know--I bring everyone here. Consider my statement as a courtesy and I do your guild a service and why I feel I have the right to comment here. I help you guys and you in turn help the entire community! I'm not pointing fingers--just making constructive suggestions from work.

:)

Hi ya Stok3d :hello:

Thank you for your aid in these matters... as you have already noticed this matter is under review and PMs will be sent out accordingly.

I have already started up a "New Member Guild Competition" which involves that these people utilise their time wisely and build up
5 Ranks in a single skill (combat/casting or healing)... the winner of the competition will be donated with some very good starting
gear, on top of that, the skill that they have chosen will automatically increase their ability to continue on.

Please note that I will be doing this competition again... giving alot of the junkers that you mention and also donating
some other gear that they could use/trade.

As stated by Jesse, some of the newer members have not posted in our guild chat or even PM'ed others back, thus we are at a stalemate
in this matter... but... I maybe able to help Jesse and Nev in these matters further.

Once again thanks for your input and recommending that new members request to join our guild, that to me is a great acknowledgement that
our guild is recognised for being extremelly helpful, and you can be sure that Unfair Advantage is recognised for being the guild to compete
with in other matters... our guild will eventually build upto that recognition as well (if we get some dang nice items... )

new members i find start out well here, we will always help a guildy out, i may not be most active at the moment but when i am ill always make sure my guild are taken care of, and i think thats where the loyalty lies!

helping new people is developing the game, and not sabotaging it, thus keeping it active, keeping it up and running, and maybe one day, the favor will be returned!

I blame Jesse  but really though, thanks Nick  we try to keep our eyes and ears open to everything going on in the guild and around the LS forums, and part of that is taking care of our newer members. However, I know that both Jesse and I have been not as active on JSP as we would like due to working and bringing home the cheddar and all that ^_^

I highly encourage you to continue posting here to chat and give advice and all that, as we are trying to bring everyone into this little family as we can :D and your recruitment efforts are most definitely appreciated <3
