thats the link to the lending library page. you can buy descent gear 0-20 for cheap weapon wise. once you get to 20 i have a descent heal charm you can use

Do I need a LS character to be able to access that page? Because I literally see a blank page.

you can prob get descent stuff to carry you to lvl 20 and not pay more then 1-5 fg
