Heya guys! I'm recommending all new players come over to this guild as I believe you guys are quite helpful.

Any chance you could send your newest players some "crap shrinable EE items" as you climb?

DarkDeth666's lvl 9 rogue is using a:

Magical copper dagger
Damage: 10 to 18

+1 to 10 Life per Kill

for a weapon. Checking in on the newest Members of the LS community and dropping off items for them where you can will help get these guys to stick around and not quit. Please help in these matters so I may continue to recommend members here

When people ask for help, they always receive it, we also have a gear lending program here that many have taken advantage of. I try to help anyone that is in need, but I can't literally go through everyone's characters and check to see if their gear is good or not.


E: Part of the dilemma is not only do we get new slashers, but we also get new JSP'ers, people who have never used the site before are not familiar at all with how guild topics, links, and the like even work. Naturally they will get "left behind" when it comes to finding all areas of interest. I do my best to make it well known where the links are, it is displayed in the Guild Charter, and if they can't find that then we really need to start slower.

I will talk with DarkDeth666 the next time she/he is online and see if they need some advice. Thanks for making this known to me, I do not believe they have posted here yet, and I try to PM every new member a "welcome letter" with all the links but I have been real busy lately.

Its also not my guild and i recommenc to people to come here.. But the gear the new comer are using are not in my priority.. If you really want help new commer you should only recruit noob in Ua.. They already are doing their best with what they have.. Few people in here are poor and good slasher because they work hard to become who they are ( Thinking about Rex) And he still get a 80 ee sword mq weapon...

So finaly, why aint you paying those players for their hard work. Checking in on the Members of the LS community and dropping off items for them where you can will help get these guys to stick around and not quit. If you dont have enough fgs only sell one of your sc best item

if you look back a few pages you see a dagger i could easily sell for 50 maybe even up to 75 fg and offered it to a player who would be willing to use it for free..

we already do this but just because they are new does not mean they deserve priotry over people who have been slashing awhile and are still grinding with bad gear.

my priority is not to just give fg or items away but to donate for peoples hard work. also ua could do there part in maybe one of there nice 1-71 guild climbs invite a random noob to join you guys it could probly mean the world for them to get to mq within less then 2 weeks.

also darkdeeth has 6 fg that is enough to upgrade the dagger on her own means.

I think what he means is to help her figure out what she needs, not necessarily carry her and provide gear/fg. Some people also like learning at their own pace, which is why I offer help but do not throw it at people, some get offended because they feel inferior, which is the last thing I would want to come across as.

Lets keep this friendly and constructive, I am working on a "Welcome Letter" that I will save in a blog, that way Nev and I can just copy/pasta it to the new people so they have all the necessary info.

I'm not here to start trouble nor ask you to give anything of value. A 20ee lvl 5 sword isn't worth 1fg are found bountiful in catas or welling, but would make a huge difference and cost nothing. As Timasse tried calling me out, I donated to over 10 new players 10-15fg each this month with directions on how to spend it. Spending fg isn't my point nor giving anything of worth.

Simply to help with direction and help the newest players succeed in accomplishing their first climb is all. Being proactive on watching them is all I was hoping for. I'm your recruiter if you didn't know--I bring everyone here. Consider my statement as a courtesy and I do your guild a service and why I feel I have the right to comment here. I help you guys and you in turn help the entire community! I'm not pointing fingers--just making constructive suggestions from work.
