yeah I climb my chars w/ 75 vita 25 intel, so its like lvl 30 or so b4 I start putting str in

nice for a sc build

on my hc sami i go 90vit/40intel
so like lvl 60 before i can stat any dex

lol that's a lot of stats, but better to be safe, I just don't play hc anymore lol
