Anyone have info as far as how many wells can spawn in cata based on character level?

Like if I create cata at lvl 1, lvl 10, lvl 20 etc, how many wells can I potentially encounter.

random afaik. likely a % chance to spawn on a fresh tile
so you will see more at higher lvls due to being more spaces to explore.
