cant he just get another ip ?

if he has cable internet more then likely he hasa static ip which only changes about once every 6 months

well u can always call ur isp (Internet System Provider) and request a ip change

well do they ask questions like Y nigga u want it to be change?

as long as u pay ur bill tell them "wtf is the problem, change my ip bitch" and see how far that gets u... LOL

mine never asked question and i would call them 5 times a day and all they said was whats ur billing number ok yes sir it will be done then they called me back and let me know its done

so i tried changing my ip adress and it changed a number... i did this by commands. im static banned imo. so if call them it would change my ip address differently?
