You do need some Monk gear, considering over half your characters are Monks.
And with your luck, the Ladder will be reset in ~ 10 days after you get your set ;)

Come on Now be Optamistic there is a Chance with his Luck he Could RESET the ladder! Dont discourage someone with alot of heart and dedication you never know what can Happen. :hug:
