Get some sleep. I really don't understand why you would endanger your mission by not getting sleep. I find it real hard to believe that someone over there is telling not to at least take power naps. Are you currently deployed, if thats the case you shouldn't be posting anything at all on this site.

no idea wat msgt is not in the airforce and the reason i havnt slept are because of the shit ive seen / been through
no as for the first sentence its totally true but would never happen cause i have too much to live for and too much common sense
as for my sleep issues i see no reason that i cant say it here because people know i cant sleep and i talk to the combat stress guys
and refuse to take sleeping pills but since i dont realllly know you and u definately dont know me i am deployed and im pretty good when it comes to opsec
and the amount of death ive seen and situations ive been in to where i could be killed have fucked me up more than most people can imagine
my life will never be the same and there isnt shit i can do about it but tell people to not join the service but thanks for the reply to my message i guess
