Wow... If I am on the list the status works the same way, the list is controlled by un-trusted users, basically they can put whoever they want on there.

The list has been and always will be unofficial.

Should do it on your guild site like my guild site does, much easier that way. Well more orginized and gives people up to 3 days or so to vote or however long you want to keep it up as a poll.
