The only difference in attack speed is between regular and heavy weapons. Dexterity used to make you attack faster in the way old version of the game but that's been changed for a while now

Woot my mage is lv50, finally time to use my charm and start welling!
I figured out this is the best level for me to well at currently because
my level matches the charm so I have a much higher success rate.

If I wait till level 64 to well I could potentially get lv55 bonus items,
but my welling rate would go wayyy down because my level would be
so far from my charm (it's only 90% ee lv 50)

You'd probably still be able to well with decent success at 64 with that gear, but it's a better idea to well what you have stocked up now for a much higher chance of success

All gone hehe, I think there was only like 2 out of 15 items that I could not manage to well... sadly nothing good dropped =/
