OH HAI DER everyone :)

We have a few announcements.

1. We have two new Consul members now! Please welcome xaozeus and Sandbags as co-leaders :)
2. darkslasher has earned a Custom rank above Consul. Please welcome him to the highest rank type in the Guild!
3. SpyderSic is returning to action in Labyrinth; he was previously retired. He has held a co-leader's rank at pretty much the highest level, so it's great have "lawyer cat" back into the mix. I expect that if he remains active he will be climbing the ranks again.

These are all rather MAJOR changes. The move to Consul for Sandbags has been under discussion for a long time, although he didn't really know. xaozeus was away for a long time, but before he had been away he was under discussion for the same promotion. darkslasher is a high-quality co-leader with great levels of activity so his promotion is also well-deserved. We have some promising applicants that will be joining us soon as well :)
