I know why but I won't talk about it here for fear of GC closure. Something about the ability to refund a virtual sale, basically ripping off Paul, all I'm gonna say and all that should be said.

e: he has had people rip him in the past, they are all locked/scammered now.

I know it sucks, but its the "one bad apple ruins the whole batch" type deal, if I got ripped out of money I would be pissed off too.

Updated sig with what I need, I can do +3 tier 3 now, they are like 50/50 so dont send anything crazy yet but I can do them for exp, almost did a +4!
