yessir

They are both random and having +Magic Luck affects them.

Other than that, Well is like a Boss of sorts, and sometimes you will get a real good item if you beat him, but most times it is junk.
Arena is usually all the same or close to the same difficulty. You can still get lucky here, but not usually.



Yeah welling is hard, the bosses are always above your current level (more life/mana/stats than normal) and they usually hit hard. You need to either be a strong melee or hybrid, or mage with heal. Best bet? Save up all of your level 10 and up whites, and then send them to someone that wells (NevV or NormanBates at the moment)
