Would someone please explain to me how it is possible to do less than the minimum damage on a weapon? I understand not always doing max, but I dont understand doing less than minimum. Consistantly at that.

I had gone proficiency level 2 - almost 5 with my Pine Rod with 25 durability.

Unfortunately it snapped today, thankfully I had a back up with 19 durability, and I snapped that one!
All in one night.

Spend 12 fg on a 20 durability one
