so my computer tock a shit i forz so i just hit the power butten and now this

a problem has been detected and windows has ben shut down to prevent damage to your computer


i need to do this stuff witch i hav no idea on how to do
how do i run CHKDSK /F as the comuter is turn on???? i cant run my xpwindows



now it want me to disable anti-virus and it wnts me to run chkdsk /f so that all hope u can help
